I know that I'm a bit partial to the game, but I think it was one of the best games ever to come out for the CoCo for this time.  Each level was a large 3D maze with 7 ghosts out to get you.  Each had its own personality and smarts.  A few even looked different as the stupid dark blue ghost had crosseyes, and the ill-tempered purple ghost had a mean, lowered brows look.  There were several power pellets for each maze, because it was so big, and when you ate one, instead of the ghosts turning blue, they turned transparent with an outline.  You could even jump in this game, but as you progressed through higher levels, some of the ghosts would learn how to jump too.  You got an extra man every 15,000 points, and if you were good, you could play this game almost forever.  The highest score I got was over 200,000.  Every time you were killed and started in the middle, or paused, it would show above PacDude the score, lives, and how much further you had to go before completing (with neat phrases like "Almost halfway done" and "Only One Dot Left To Eat!").  The game came complete with music and sound effects of course.  This is where I came in.  Using the Tandy Color Computer 3 and Bells and Whistles 2 (modified ML version from Brian O'Neill), I composed the music and sound effects with this program using my musical theory and my computer keyboard.  That's right, no MIDI, no musical apparatus but the computer itself.  I had the songs play through my head and tried my best to enter in the code (remember 124-124-124 128 if you ever used this program for the notes?).  The result was the music you hear in the game.  Some of my sound effects carried over, but Brian used some of his own, which I thought were better than the ones I came up with.  Each level had the same annoying song, but when you ate your power pellet, that's when the music changed to something more pleasing.  When you received an extra man, a little tune would play, and when you finished a level, a celebratory little ditty would play as well.  I have sampled a few of these songs available for you to listen to below.  I may include more in the future.
