Puget Sound Seed Growers Association

Puget Sound Seed Growers Association was organized to engage in any and all activities in connection with, and to support, and encourage research, investigation and study of the origin, cause and cure of all insect pests, diseases, and all other causes of the loss, destruction or damage to seed crops of all kinds. We also engage in any and all activities in connection with, and to support the research, investigation and study of all cultural practices, fertilizing, harvesting, and sales methods of seed crops and all other acts and things for the purpose of contributing to the betterment and increased yield of the seed industry. We enter into marketing agreements with seedsmen, farmers, and other producers and assist in the marketing of all agricultural products of its members by way of locating purchasers for the products of its members, negotiating for the price of such products with such purchasers and promoting advertising of such products and act as a third party registrant of chemicals for minor crop registrations on behalf of members. It is also our aim to fund activities to register, retain or develop products necessary for pest and disease control in seed crops.
