We lost our internet connectivity (Email, Website hosting, phones, etc.) around 4pm this afternoon, due to a problem with our upstream provider. Our internet has now been restored.

We lost internet connectivity due to a failed bgp router with our upstream around 11:15am this morning. We were able to get a backup router going and service has resumed.

Fidalgo Networking's power went out about 9am this morning. It was restored around 10:30am, however it took another couple hours to get all the servers working again.

At around 1:30pm, we started to experience an network wide issue as a result of a cut fiber internet connection with Ziply Fiber. This has now been resolved and internet is backup and running, all services, like email and website hosting should be up now.

New Switch Installed! We replaced the network switch that was starting to fail, and cause part of our network outage on 2/1/2022.
